Orders will be accepted by Taupo Equestrian Supplies for delivery in New Zealand only. Payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Products may be added to, or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

PRICING

All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You must pay by Mastercard or Visa. We will not accept cheques or cash on delivery.

PURCHASING

Products displayed on the Taupo Equestrian Supplies shopping site can be purchased using secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility.

PAYMENT

Taupo Equestrian Supplies do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed securely by an external provider.

REGISTERING (LOGIN)

You will be asked to register as a member of Taupo Equestrian Supplies. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.

As a registered customer we will send you emails and updates from time to time to inform you of new ranges, special offers and discounts. Please note, you are able to unsubscribe from our email updates at any time.

DELIVERY

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious.

Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed.

Within New Zealand we charge based on size of items and the location they are to be sent to based on your provided postcode.

Please note our system automatically assigns whether the provided address is a rural delivery or not, and rural deliveries may take longer to arrive.

Standard delivery times are:

• Standard Postal Delivery (1-3 working days Monday to Saturday)
• Rural Delivery (may take extra 2-3 working days Monday to Saturday) .

Should your order incur an additional charge, we will advise you prior to processing your order.

Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

If you make a puchase and take advantage of a deal, promotion or special which discounts the cost of shipping, we will not offer that same deal on any shipping if you return or exchange the goods.

Free Shipping or discounted shipping only applies to addresses within New Zealand.

TITLE AND RISK

Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is available on our website. 

Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged. In all other cases you must bear the cost of freight.

WARRANTIES

When choosing our collection the best of care goes into sourcing suitable pieces for you to enjoy for a reasonable amount of time.

Under our guarantee, faulty items that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced or a refund will be issued at Taupo Equestrian Supplies discretion.

Taupo Equestrian Supplies will repair or replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover faults arising from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or mistreatment

For any claim to be made the item must be sent directly to the purchasing store.

Taupo Equestrian Supplies are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Taupo Equestrian Supplies was advised of the possibility of such damages.
